What’s your plan for the last 90 days of 2018? Wouldn’t it be great to START 2019 better off than you are today in your business & your personal life?

So many people “phone in” the last quarter of the year with excuses such as stress, too many events for the holidays and/or the thought of “why bother – I can just start fresh in January”. As a result, you may fall into old convenient (unhealthy) habits when you could be rocking it into the New Year with solid habits that get you RESULTS & put you ahead of your competition & on your way to your BEST year yet in 2019!

I challenge you to RESIST this temptation with the following steps:

  1. Write down your BOLD goal for the next 90 days
  2. If business related, share your goal with your team
  3. Map out weekly goal to measure against so you can evaluate your progress
  4. Create DAILY activities that will get you closer to your goal
  5. Take ACTION each and every day (NOT just busy work)
  6. Celebrate your progress
